Hassle-Free Returns and Exchanges

Zelly Collection is committed to providing exceptional service and products, so we don’t believe in “good enough.” Therefore we offer a 30 day money back guarantee!

Email us at service@zellycollection.com with “return” in the subject line to initiate the return process. We will arrange the collection and return shipment of any artwork you purchase from us, you would only need to pay the shipping cost for the return.

Please note the following is required for a return request to be accepted:

  • It has to be 30 days or less since you have received the artwork.
  • The artwork must be in the same condition as it arrived and in appropriate packaging.
  • Please note artworks must be carefully prepared for return shipment in their original packaging in order to qualify for a refund.
  • It is important that you carefully unpack the received artworks to maintain the original condition.
  • You have replied to our product preview email within 48 hours.( please refer to the order fulfillment process).

Damaged paintings are extremely rare. Please do not accept packages from any carrier if there is evidence of damage on the outside of the box. Zelly Collection would not be able to refund any damaged box accepted by the customer from any carrier. *If the packaging was insufficient, please package to the best of your ability and be sure to take pictures for insurance purposes.

Please note: Please note all artworks from Zelly Collection are 100% hand-painted, and there may be a 5%-10% slight variation. This is accepted by the customers when placing an order and reviewed after receiving the preview of the painting email. Refunds will not be granted due to slight variation.

You have 30 days from the receipt of the artwork to request a return and an additional 14 days in which to fulfill it.


Cancellation Policy

  • Any order canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund. It is a 100% money back guarantee.
  • The orders canceled more than 24 hours but within 72 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price (if the item has not been shipped).
  • -Orders canceled more than 72 hours after payment confirmation (and before the item has been shipped) will be eligible for a refund of the shipping costs if applied.
  • Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
